Why It Matters

The most humane way to manage street dog populations.

Population Control

Did you know? One unsterilized female and her offspring can produce 67,000 puppies in just 6 years. We stop this cycle.

Better Health

Reduces Rabies risks, eliminates testicular/uterine cancers, and improves life expectancy.

Our CNVR Process

1 Capture: Humane and stress-free catching.
2 Neuter: Surgery by qualified veterinarians.
3 Vaccinate: Rabies shots given during recovery.
4 Return: Released back to their original area.

⚠️ Important Eligibility Criteria

Please ensure the dog meets ALL the following criteria before filling out the form.
This ensures the safety of the animal during surgery.

AGE: The dog is at least 6 months old (not a small puppy).
NURSING: The dog is NOT currently nursing puppies. (If she has puppies, please wait 2 months after birth until milk has dried up).
HEALTH: The dog is active, eating well, and has no visible illness (no fever, coughing, or severe skin infections/mange).
PREGNANCY: The dog is not heavily pregnant. (If uncertain, please send a video/photo to our coordinator first).
WEIGHT: The dog is a healthy weight (not extremely thin/bony).

🛡️ Our Safety Promise

  • Post-Op Care: Dogs are kept for 3-5 days for monitoring and healing.
  • Exact Release: We use photo tagging to ensure every dog is returned to the exact same spot they were picked up from.
  • Identification: A small V-cut (ear notch) is made on the ear to identify sterilized dogs in the future.
